In such cases, we’ve designed a simple process to resolve the issue quickly. Refunds are issued as a coupon code, so you can choose another piece you’ll love. 
1. Transit Damaged Items 
∙Notify Us Promptly: Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery if your product arrives damaged. 
∙How to Notify: Email us at houseofjskjewels@gmail.com with your order details, along with clear photos and a short video of the damage. 
2. Return Process 
∙Approval & Preparation: Once your claim is approved, kindly return the item in its original, unused condition with all packaging. 
∙Timely Return: Ship the product back within 3 days of receiving our approval. 
∙Shipping Costs: We will cover return shipping charges for items damaged during transit. 
3. Refunds / Exchanges 
∙Inspection: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will confirm your refund or exchange. 
∙Coupon Code Issuance: Refunds are issued as a coupon code equivalent to the product value. 
∙Coupon Validity: The coupon is valid for 6 months, single-use only, and cannot be combined with other offers. 
4. Order Cancellations
