All sales are final and not eligible for exchange. WE STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

Exchange Policy

Goods once sold can ONLY be exchanged in the following condition:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The issue needs to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Customer needs to send an email to houseofjskjewels@gmail.com & contact@houseofjskjewels.com.
  • Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached along with the box and package received with the product. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • There is no return/exchange for an item purchased during sale or at a discounted price.

Please Note : Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
